Discovery
Discovery
We begin by getting to know you, your home, and what you hope to achieve. This stage ensures we're the right fit and sets the foundation for a clear, confident renovation journey. Our goal is to understand your vision, timeline, and investment level while giving you a sense of how we work—purposefully, collaboratively, and with respect for your home.
Introductory Call
Our first conversation is all about connection. We'll talk through the general ideas of your project—scope, goals, timeline, and budget—to understand what matters most to you. If we're aligned, we'll schedule an in-home meeting to take a closer look.
Discovery Meeting
We meet in your home to walk the space together, listen to your needs, and discuss possibilities. This is where we start to understand how your home currently functions and how it could function better. We also review our process, answer questions, and outline the next steps with transparency and clarity.
Design Agreement
Once we've seen your space and understand your priorities, we're able to share a preliminary range of anticipated project costs. From there, we enter into a Design Agreement so we can begin crafting detailed design solutions with accuracy, intention, and purpose.

Design
Design is where your vision takes shape. With thoughtful planning, 3D renderings, and a collaborative approach, we ensure every decision is intentional—never rushed, never made for design's sake. Our team guides you through each step so the process feels steady, informed, and exciting.
Concept & Feasibility
We begin by measuring and documenting your home, then creating conceptual layouts that explore what's possible. Together, we refine these ideas, evaluate feasibility, and narrow in on a direction that enhances flow, function, and long-term usability.
Design Drawing
With a layout selected, we develop detailed drawings, elevations, and selections. Alongside our Interior Design Specialist, Emily, you'll choose finishes, fixtures, and materials that bring personality and purpose to your space. We also create 3D models to help you visualize the final result and walk the site with our trade partners to ensure alignment across the entire team.
Build Agreement
When design and selections are fully dialed in, we prepare and sign your Construction Agreement. This allows us to finalize your schedule, order materials, obtain permits, and ensure everything is in place for a smooth, well-orchestrated build.

Build
This is where plans become reality. Our craftsmen approach your project with precision, care, and respect—guided by our non-negotiables of clean job sites, clear communication, and thoughtful workmanship. We're with you every step of the way, ensuring the process feels just as good as the final outcome.
Pre-Construction
Before work begins, we hold an on-site meeting to align expectations and walk through the project plan. We install site protection to keep your home clean and safe, prepare staging areas, and make sure every detail is ready for a smooth start.
Build Phase
Your project is led by our Project & Operations Manager, who is on site consistently to oversee craftsmanship, manage schedules, and coordinate trades. Throughout construction, we maintain open communication and keep your home organized, secure, and respected—values that guide our entire team.
Close Out
As construction wraps up, we complete all punch-list items, close out permits, and bring in professional cleaners so you can enjoy your new space right away. You'll receive a close-out binder with all project documentation and product details. We finish strong—no loose ends, no unfinished details—so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
